Abhijit Lal Roy is the youngest son of Bhairab and Gita Roy. After completing his graduation with honours in History, he joined a reputed organisation as a management trainee in the Personnel Department. He subsequently completed a post graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from a leading business school in Kolkata. Professionally he made his way up and assumed roles in many different local and multinational companies.
After retirement, he continues to work as consultant in Human Resource Management. Outside his professional work, he is engaged in supporting and spreading value based education among the disadvantaged rural children with his wife Arpita. They both also actively support initiatives taken for social justice. He also organizes cultural events, plays and musical soirees.
Abhisek Bhowmik is currently working as a Sr Manager (Finance) at NMDC Ltd (A Govt of India Enterprise) at their Steel Plant in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. He completed his schooling from Hijli High School (IIT Kharagpur) and his B.Com (Hons) from Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration. He is also a Fellow Member (FCMA) of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) and has also done DISSA (Post Qualification Diploma).from ICMAI.
